Here are some natural ways to help pull you out of the blues.
Of course a lot of people have seen relief from being zoned.
Exercise is a great way to help as well. You get your endorphins going and that of course will boost your mood. In addition to if you are exercising you are getting healthier, who is happier about that!!
Eating healthy (which is quite the task after big holidays) will always help to boost your mood. Also remember to eat only when you are hungry, and no eating mindlessly in front of the TV. Your body needs proper nutrition to function properly.
Here it is our habit this month DRINK YOUR WATER!!! Make sure you are hydrated it helps a ton in stabilizing your moods.
Okay so this might not be the best for your skin, but sometimes when I need that little pick me up I head to the tanning beds. I don't ever stay the full time or burn. I just go long enough to get a little warmth and sun, okay fake sun. This can also help the dry patches of skin that tend to appear in these dry cold months.
Go get out in the sun shine if it is out there and make sure you let as much natural light into your home as you can.
Sometimes doing acts of service for others will help you to snap out of a depression. Or find someone that you can confide in and talk with them on a regular basis. Or find a fun activity that you enjoy and possibly a partner to do this with if you know you won't do it on your own. Things like an exercise class, a sewing class, movie night, girls game night, and make sure to do them regularly.
