Salsa YUMMM!!

Okay so maybe it was the little bit of sunshine that prompted this, but yeasterday I really wanded some FRESH SALSA!!! So delish!! Kinda makes me think of summer/fall, when I last saw the sun before today!!! j/k. So I thought I would share this fantastic recipe, plus it is a great way to get in some good raw fresh veggies.

Fresh Salsa

Ingredients:
20 Roma tomatoes or other 2 Large yellow onions
2 tsp chopped garlic 6 jalapenos
1 1/2 tsp hot mexican chili powder 4 green peppers
3 tsp celery salt 4 anaheim peppers
3 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1-4 sweet peppers

1 bunch cilantro
8 green onions
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin

Directions:

Wash, chop and mix ingredients together in large bowl salt and
pepper to taste.  I usually put everything except my
onions and cilantro in a blender as I don't like really chunky
salsa.  Serve with chips.  Refrigerate.
