Ragnar Training Run...
Okay so I just got off the treadmill... I have missed logging a few of my runs. But all but 1 run has improved in distance from the last so I feel pretty good about that. This morning I ran 2.91 in 30 minutes, I was actually hoping to beat my Mom's fastest run of 2.93 in 30 minutes, but not today. I am super competitive, so I am always trying to beat my own scores, but then my Mom has kind of challenged me, which has been great motivation! My friend Kiesha has also given me great advice on trying to get faster and longer distances as well. She was the one that told me to set a time of how long I will run straight with no walking and then just increase that time each run. I am currently at 15 minutes of straight running, but I am hoping to improve that soon as well. My goal is to be able to go 30 minutes running straight at a 10 minute mile by the end of April. Anyone else have some good goals out there?
