Deep thoughts from Sheena

Just had the thought the other day as I was talking to my Dad.  We were talking about how people keep up with everything that they do and my Dad said the more you exercise and move the more your body wants to exercise and move.  The more you sit, the more your body wants to sit.  Which made me think of one of Newtons laws that states that an object set in motion will stay in motion unless acted upon by an equal or greater force.   This made me think further that he was possibly not just talking about a ball being thrown, but maybe our bodies as well.  Thinking that if we stay in motion we will want to continue in motion, if we exercise our bodies will want to continue to exercise, and if we sit our bodies will want to just sit.  So remember that next time you go to sit down to watch TV....  I know I have.
