Ginger Grill Marinade
• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup rice vinegar
• 2 tablespoons honey
(or 1 tablespoon brown sugar)
• 2 tablespoons sesame oil
• 2 teaspoons minced garlic
• 1 drop ginger essential oil
• 1 tablespoon chopped green onion or shallot
• 1 tablespoon raw sesame seeds
• 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
Directions: Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey,
sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onion, sesame seeds, and
pepper until the honey has dissolved. Marinate chicken
breasts or steaks, then grill and enjoy!
