I listened to the webinar doTERRA posted on this and people are loosing on average 1lb every 3 days while using this product. On the webinar they broke down each ingredient and told why they chose to add this in, so I thought I would share as I found it facinating.
Cinnamon - is said to help stop the body from producing fat cells, in addition to helping the pancreas in regulating blood sugar levels.
Ginger - Great for helping cells release fat.
Peppermint - curbs apatite, reduces cravings, creates a feeling of saity, and helps the digestive system.
Grapefruit & Lemon - Containes limonine which helps the body to not produce as many fat cells, inhibits tumors, releases fat, reduces toxicity (which appears as cellulite)
It is a great product for helping to loose weight, help regulate your blood sugar, help curb your craving for sweets, and curb your apatite in general. I have been using it sometimes in my water, and sometimes just on my tounge, so far I have noticed that it has helped me to curb my apatite, and I am having an easier time maintaining my weight. The key to this product is regular daily consistent use, doTERRA recommends using this product 3-5 times per day and 3-5 drops per serving. If anyone has used this product I would love to hear your stories.
