Did you know that if you eat fatty foods for breakfast such as peanut butter on toast or an avacado on toast, egg with the yolk will rev up your body's metabolism. "The first meal you have appears to program your metabolism for the rest of the day," says Martin Young, Ph.D.  This is another reason why not skipping breakfast will help you to loose weight.
