Fun Fact

Did you know that only 5 minutes a day outdoors will improve your self esteem and your mood.  A study done at University of Essex found that for the greatest mental health benefits, you should find some time outdoors near a body of water such as a lake or river.  Not only will this time outdoors improve your mood, mental health, and self esteem, but it will also (if you go out unprotected this means no sunscreen and the least amount of clothing that you dare to bare) help your body to produce vitamin D!!  So go get off the computer and get outdoors!!
