Stretching

Did you know that  your fitness routine is not complete if it does not include cardiovascular exercise, strength training AND STRETCHING!!!  According to David Geier the director of sports medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston "Flexibility is the third pillar of fitness, nets to cardiovascular conditioning and strength training."  Make sure to get in your stretching!!
