Fun Fact

Did you know that eating an apple can make you 50% better at fending off illness, and if by chance you meet a superbug, you will be bakc on your feet 50% faster than those who dont regularly munch on an apple.  Why? you ask...  well because apples are a top source of soluble fiber, they help stop immune cells from triggering inflammation in response to viruses, instead helping them to gently battle infections without creating symptoms according to study co-author Gregory freund, M.D.

Aim for 2 cups of sliced apples or applesauce daily!!!
