Az's Super-Smooth Smoothie
(1serving)
1 cup either fat-free or soy milk
1 banana peeled and frozen or any other fruit (frozen strawberries are awesome too!)
6 almonds or 1 tsp flaxseed oil
1/2 C fat-free greek yogurt
1 pinch cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in your blender and puree until smooth. Try it! It's a whole meal and its delicious!
