Fun Fact






Accupressure is used by many natural health professionals for many different reasons, but one point to try if you have a cough isjust below the fleshy base of your thumb on your left wrist, using your right index finger place it on this point and apply pressure.  This is a point where you activate the area in the brain that regulate plegm production.  Hold this point for about 2 minutes to rid that cough.
