Say "Thank you" or give thanks!!! In one study, expressing gratitude once a week for 10 weeks was proven to relax body and mind enough to increase feelings of optimism by 15%, while lowering your risk of physical problems, even slashing your odds of ever having headaches or acne breakouts. So I challenge you for the next 10 weeks to find something each day to be grateful for, even if it is just the fact that you woke up ;).
