In a study done at The Sage Colleges in Troy, New York, they have discovered that when planting and digging in the soild a small cloud of healthy bacteria called Mycobacterium vaccae is emitted. When we breath this in, it stimulates growth of brain cells that are linked to improved learning, in addition it also helps with anxiety!!
