Fun Fact

Did you know that by taking .3mg of melatonin about 7 hours before you plan to go to bed wil help readjust your inner clock.  This will shift your internal clock 30 minutes ahead so you feel sleepier when your bedtime rolls around.  You can also find small amounts of melatonin in grapes and tart cherries if you don't want to take pills.
