Fun Fact

Are you a night owl who needs to be in bed earlier... something to try:  Go to bed earlier by only 10 minutes the first week, then 15 minutes earlier the next and so on increasing by 15 minutes each week until you reach your ideal bedtime.  But be sure to stick to it even on weekends and days off.
