What is Natural Bliss

Natural Bliss started out as a Foot Zoning and alternative health web blog, but found that there are soo many facets to our health and healing that it has expanded into so much more. I am a foot zone therapist, teacher, aromatherapist, and soon to be personal trainer. I have a bachelors degree in Business Management and am slowly pursing a degree in nutrition. About Me

I am a mother of 2 busy boys, and wife of one fantastic husband. I am a foot zone therapist, I teach alternative healing classes that include beginning foot zoning, advanced foot zoning, essential oils, herbs, healing stones, building a business basics, and energy work. I am a healer by nature (I think all moms are) I love helping people and seeing results. I think treating our bodies right is the key to a long, fun, healthy journey. I love to exercise. I think education is something worth the investment, and I am always learning something new to add to my collection. I am currently working on a certification as a personal trainer. I have a BS in Business Management, I have a certification in foot zone therapy, and aromatouch. I love to read, and am usually in the middle of at least 2 books, one for pleasure, and one for education. I love to craft, and that is what the just for fun tab is up top all my crafts that don't fit under one of the other categories. I love to share the fun things that I am learning and doing, and hope that I can help anyone out there who is willing to listen.
