HOW TO KNOW WHICH ESSENTIAL OIL TO CHOOSE

There are so many essential oils it’s easy to get overwhelmed but an easy way to sort them out is by clumping them into groups. As a rule of thumb they fit nicely into the following categories, and knowing this makes it easier to remember what they do. But, keep in mind that even though certain oils work better for certain conditions, all essential oils have anti-pathogenic, anti-septic and anti-inflammatory properties and can positively affect many different conditions – so they’re all beneficial. (By the way, they say if you're in doubt, use Lavender. Because it's good for everything!)

TREEOILS
Trees are the lungs of the universe and oils with tree or shrub names are good for healing anything to do with the respiratory system. Tree oils are great opening up the lungs and airways.
