Allergies
Okay so this year has been awful for allergies... I am really feeling it. So I started with my essential oils, and they have helped a bunch, I started out just smelling my peppermint, when that wasn't enough I actually have been just putting a drop on my tounge... it has worked wonders. The key to this method is using it regularly. Hope this little trick helps others. A few other oils to try are lemon, lavender or doTERRA's Breath blend.
