Foot Zoning

I get the question a lot "how does foot zone therapy work?"  well it works with the body's meridian and nervous system.  All the nerve endings and meridian lines end in the feet.  So by massaging the feet in the manner of the zone you will open up blockages in the meridian lines and also stimulate the nerve endings.  Through this method we help stimulate the body to heal itself.  So really the zoning is not what does the healing, it is the body, the
zoning is just the tool to helpyou heal naturally without the side effects of drugs. 

Things that I notice after a zone:
  • Better sleep
  • more energy
  • It has helped me with my own fertility
  • It has helped me clear a cold/sinus infection
  • It has helped me to loose weight
  • It has helped me clear some emotions that were weighing me down
  • It has helped me clear headaches
I know there are others who have had other results with zoning, but I thought I would share what I personally have experienced.  I hope you can all have the opportunity to get a zone and help your body heal or build up your immune system so that illness and disease don't find you, and if they do they are easier to heal from.
