Summer fun with Essential Oils



Over energetic children? Try some lavender in the kiddie pool in your backyard.  It may help calm them and improve their mood.

Blisters? Try lavender

Bugs? Try doTERRAS TerraShield

Bug bites? try Frankincense or Lavender

Need a mood boost?  Try any citrus oil.

Sunburn? Try peppermint to cool and keep lavender on it regularly after that.

Need some focus?  Try lemon or peppermint

Help with weight loss?  Try Slim & Sassy blend from doTERRA

Have allergies or hay fever?  Try lemon, lavander or peppermint or doTERRA's Breathe

Have a fussy baby?  Try lavender on their feet.

Cuts, Bruises or swelling?  put lavender on wound, use citrus oils and white fir to help reduce bruising, to stop bleeding or reduce bruising try Frankincense or Helichrysum, and Lemongrass, wintergree, basil or cypress for swelling.

Overdoing it with exercise  and have some sore muscles and joints?  Try aromatouch, wintergree, cypress, peppermint, lemongrass, marjoram, sandalwood, basil, helichrysum, white fir or lavender directly on the area.

Fruit and Veggie cleaner - Use lemon or any combination of Citrus oils (5drops) mixed with water in a glass spray bottle.  Spray and let sit for one minute, then rinse.  Use Lemon oil in water to keep fruit from browning.

A little fun for your summer now that it is getting warm.
