Fun Fact

This one is great.... I hope that my husband reads this today as he gets after me for doing this. Be more productive by logging onto facebook. How you ask as this is a time suck for a lot of people. The key is to only get on for 15 minutes. A recent study done at Melbourne University in Australia proves that pausing 6 times per day to surf the web for 15 minutes prompts you to be 10% more productive. (the hard part is to stay on for only 15 minutes and then get off) This break gives your mind a minute to reset and provides greater concentration when you return to your tasks. Facebook here I come!!!
