Fun Fact

Did you know that studies show that a little time walking, running, riding a bike, or even any other exercise activity for 30 minutes 4 times a week you will be 3 times less likely to struggle with hot flashes!!!  Exercise reduces stress which is a number one trigger for hot flashes.
